LIBRARY STREAM and 6CPC
6th CPC have paid no attention to the plight of library staff of different departments. 6CPC recommended a initial pay scale equivalent to 7450-225-11500 for TGT Teachers (including Librarian). But 6CPC recommended a pay scale of 6500-200-10500 for Library Information Assistant for various department libraries .
KEY POINT: QUALIFICATION CRITERIA FOR BOTH POSTS IS DOUBLE GRADUATION i.e. B.A/B.Sc./B.Com + Degree in Library Science.
Justice is required in this case for suffrers.

Smile Pay scales of Library Staff
Mr. Rizvi, you have raised a correct and convincing point. In the 5th pay commission too the same problem cropped and latter by a Govt order it was rectified. Pointing out the same you please write to Swamys news Parsm institute and DOPT rearding the same.
